Ninety percent of our developments strategically reside in Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ's) across the United States. QOZ's are typically low-income areas that face economic challenges. ICF homes are a type of construction where the primary structural element is created using insulated concrete forms. These forms are typically made of two layers of rigid foam insulation that are connected by plastic or metal ties, creating a hollow space in between. Concrete is poured into this hollow space to create the walls of the building.
